Expanded metal machine JQ25-100 is 2000mm width heavy-duty type expanded metal mesh making machine. The punching presure of JQ25-100 is 100ton.Expanded metal machine JQ25-100 can make expanded metal mesh width up to 2000mm,and the mesh thickness up to 6mm.JQ25-100 can produce material thickness bigger than JQ25-63,although the two types all 2m width machine,but JQ25-100's punching presure is bigger than JQ25-63,so JQ25-100 can produce bigger thickness,up to 6mm.

As we all know,heavy duty expanded metal machine all have secondary machine.Secondary machine's function is to fix and feeding material.So heavy duty expanded metal machine's material all should be steel plate,cannot be coils.But sometimes customer want to use heavy duty expanded metal machine produce coil material,for consider costs or other reasons,so our company design the new device install on secondary machine,the device is for coil material.Then heavy duty expanded metal machine can both produce steel plate material and coil material.

But the device install on secondary machine have limits.The device for coil material,the coil material's width cannot bigger than 1.25m,and coil thickness cannot bigger than 2mm.

Expanded metal machine suitable for many different material, like low carbon steel sheet, aluminum sheet, stainless steel sheet, aluminum magnesium alloy sheet, copper sheet, Nickel sheet.
