Recently according to customer's require,flattening machine have other new application except flattened expanded metal mesh.Customer use flattening machine to flatten oil drums.Flattening machine can flatten steel plate,expanded metal mesh,also can flatten oil drums and other things need to be flattened.Oil drums generally width about 1m width,thickness less than 2mm.So our company provide customer 1.5m width and 500mm roller diameter flattening machine.(Because flattening machine's working width should wider than product itself.When flattening should leave some space to avoid deviation.)
Our company can supply all kinds of flattening machine, such as two-roller flattening machine, four-roller flattening machine,manual flattening machine, automatic flattening machine, etc. Currently the machine is applied to processing expanded metal with a maximum sheet thickness of 4mm and a length between 0.5m to 2.7m.Flattening machine can customized roller diameter range from 300mm to 800mm,working width 1000mm to 3000mm.

Operation of flattening machine:
Adjust the flattening machine's left and right pressure vessels,slowly push the uneven mesh into the front table,after the two pressure rollers flattening,then collect or recoil the mesh in the other side.For the finished production expanded metal mesh,flattened by flattening machine,not only planish expanded metal mesh’s connect points, let mesh surface smooth and beautiful,at the same time can eliminated the internal forces during produce expanded metal mesh,thus improved the mesh rigidity.
